I took it on Dr Karim Ali's advice. It’s best taken with food as it caused me cramps when taken on an empty stomach. The combination of Zinc and Copper is excellent, with significant benefits for the skin. God bless you! ❤️
I took it alongside B12 and B complex for three months. It reduced my leg cramps and helped with tinnitus. I will continue to take it and recommend it to friends.
